Well I’m back in what they call a so called country Haiti.
Had a Blessed time of fellowship with the believers at a conference in Ft.Lauderdale.
I was supposed to have been back Monday but the flight was cancelled because of the hurricane.
Prayers were answered when it didn’t,t come ashore in the area I was staying.
As some of you know all hell has been breaking loose here in Haiti since I’ve been gone, 3 weeks with no gas or diesel.
Demonstrations, burning tires and shootings are the everyday thing.
On Tuesday a boat of fuel arrived after the country finally found the money to pay for it, but now there is another problem.
The first 2 trucks that were filled and on there way to the gas stations were highjacked by the gangs.
They shot and killed one driver and beat the other one up, then drove the trucks away with the stolen gas.
Now the truck drivers will not deliver any fuel to the stations unless they have a police escort or armed security guys riding with them.
Today on the street gas is $9 per gallon instead of the usual pump price of $2.40.
